At The Initial Service

During your first service a thorough inspection of your property is provided.  We focus on looking at your initial concerns and look to uncover any other potential issues at your home.  After the inspection the interior and exterior of your home will be treated to eliminate any existing pest issues.  This treatment will also create an area that prevents future activity in and around your home.

During follow up appointments for regularly scheduled pest control treatments the exterior is generally retreated to refresh the preventive barrier around your home.  This will keep pests from establishing nesting sites in or around your home.  While a one time treatment may work to temporarily eliminate a pest issue regular services will continually protect your home.  Bi-monthly or quarterly services are recommended but we have packages that can work for any situation.  As always if there is an issues inside while you are covered under a regular service agreement we will retreat the interior of your home.

Your service with Daniels Pest Control is always guaranteed under a regular service contract.  If you experience an issue between visits we will return to ensure we find a resolution to your problem.  

Many of our one time or specialty services come with a limited service guarantee as well. The guarantee period will be stated at time of service and on the paperwork when finished.  As with our regular service contracts we will return as long as the warranty remains to ensure your pest issues are eliminated. 

Your regular service covers all listed pests above as well as many common pests that may infest your home.  If you have an issue with any pests covered we will return to make sure your issue is resolved.

One time or specialty services only cover the listed pest.  We will come back to make sure that pest is taken care of for the guaranteed period.
